1. All items sold are non-refundable or exchangeable.
2. Items lost through normal post will not be held responsible by us, you may wish to opt for registered mail, just kindly select the registered mail option in your order form.
3. All measurements are given by our suppliers, is only for a reference to customers. Do allow some differences in measurements due to manufacturing.
4. All pictures are provided by our suppliers, they only serve as a reference.

Approximately 80% of our items are similar to the pictures featured approximately 20% of them are inspired from Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea and Japan Fashion Magazines. Images of products shown are meant for illustration purposes. While products may be similar.
5. All information provided by you will be kept confidential.
6. Join the Spree only if you are comfortable with the waiting time. Usually it will take around 2 weeks or less, excluding weekends for items to arrive. Spree closes once all slots are filled up.
7. Your slot will only be confirmed once payment is received.
All slots or ready items will only be reserved for 24 hours. Payment failed to be made will result in slots and items to be released out for others. Blacklisting of customer will be performed.

Return Policy
We carry out quality checks and only send out items that passed the checks to our beloved customers. We will not be responsible for any damage to parcel during delivery. Hence, we highly recommend you opt for registered mail. All items sold are non exchangeable and non refundable.
