1) What are the benefits of joining now?
a) Upon approval of membership application, S$2 will be immediately credited to your AbbyJoela account for purchase of AbbyJoela items as a token of our appreciation.
b) With the account, you will be able to accumulate credits on your purchase.
c) When your friends quote you as a referrer, you will be able to accumulate credits on their purchase.
d) If your net payment (amount paid in cash, i.e. excluding credits, mailing fees) exceeds S$100, we will credit another S$5 into your account.
e) You will be considered for our loyalty program in due course.
2) How to become an AbbyJoela Member?

When approved, S$2 will be credited to your AbbyJoela account for purchase of AbbyJoela items. Your I.D. will be the initials of your full name followed by last 4 digit of your postal code. E.g. I.D. of Abby Joela Allure, Postal Code 123456, will be AJL3456.
You may check your accumulated credits at this page which will be updated every Sunday. Alternatively, you may email us with your full name to check.
3) How to earn more credits?
a) From Your Purchase
A rebate worth 5% of your total payment will be credited to your AbbyJoela account upon receipt of payment. E.g. When we receive your payment of S$50 for your purchase of S$65 (used S$15 of credits from your account), we will credit $2.50 into your account for subsequent purchase.
b) From Your Referees
Upon our receipt of payment for an order form stating your name and membership I.D. as referrer, we will credit S$1 for each item purchased to your AbbyJoela account. E.g. When your friend paid for 5 items she ordered, we will credit S$5 into your AbbyJoela account.
c) From Purchasing More
If your net payment (amount paid in cash, i.e. excluding credits, mailing fees) exceeds S$100, we will credit another S$5 into your account.
4) When do the credits expire?
Due to the generous rebates on top of our already great value prices, we cannot allow the credits to last forever. The credits will expire 4 months from your last payment. With every new payment, all your credits will receive a new validity of 4 months. You will be pleased to know that we launch a new spree at least once every month.
